Scenic View Campground was completed
in May of 2005, and offers some of the best camping in Northeast
Iowa, Southern
Minnesota and Western
Wisconsin.
We are a completely new facility, including a newly constructed shower
house, access to the Yellow River
and some of the most beautiful scenery anywhere.
We truly believe Scenic View will
become your family camping destination.
The Scenic View Experience
Scenic Views lies between the Yellow
River and the picturesque bluffs. Situated directly on the shore of the Yellow
River, we offer 60 campsites ranging from
primitive to complete with electricity, water and sewer.
From Volleyball to fishing, Scenic
View has something for everyone.
- The
Yellow River offers some of the best Trout fishing in the Tri-State
area. The Iowa Department of
Natural Resources stocks the stream on a regular basis.
- We
have a newly constructed river sand volley ball facility.
- Unlimited
opportunities for canoeing and tubing.
- Short
travel times to historic Prairie du
Chien, WI
and McGregor,
IA. Both of these destinations offer
unique shopping and entertainment possibilities.
